Speaking and Training

I offer workshops and presentations for schools, healthcare and mental health centers, and community organizations.

Topics include autism in women, AuDHD, challenges faced by neurodivergent students in schools,

and the importance of moving beyond outdated stereotypes.

My goal is to bring together lived experience, research, and clinical insights to foster deeper understanding and more inclusive practices.

Positive Feedback from past speaking and training engagements:

Dr. Eckerd - thank you so much for sharing your time and expertise with us. I truly enjoyed your presentation and the feedback I have received from staff already has been extremely positive. In addition, thank you so much for providing us with such a thoughtful, student-centered presentation in light of the adversity you were managing. We would be thrilled to have you back in the future!

Sincerely, - Aaron Wheeler, PsyD Coordinator of Psychological Services Baltimore County Public Schools

Marcia, I wanted to thank you for your amazing participation in our session.

It was a pleasure to work with you, and I truly appreciate your contribution and the value you’re bringing to our community. I am certain our viewers will feel the same way.
