Therapy

Therapy is a supportive space to understand yourself and how neurodivergence has shaped your experiences and identity.

Sessions may focus on understanding one’s individuality and neurotype, anxiety, relationships, or sensory overwhelm, but always in ways that affirm authenticity and strengths. I use a range of approaches—including CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and psychoeducation—tailored to each individual. Together we develop practical strategies to reduce stress, navigate challenges, and create environments that support well-being.
