I now offer two different kinds of diagnostic evaluation, depending on what you feel best meets your needs.

The most thorough option is a full evaluation, which costs $4000. In this process, I take a broad and detailed look at your history and current experience. We meet for several extensive interviews, and I also include one or more co interviewees who know you well so that I can gain a fuller perspective. You complete my eleven-page adult history form and several screening scales and I integrate all of this information into a comprehensive written report. The full evaluation provides not only a diagnostic answer but also a wide-ranging picture of your strengths, challenges, and lived experience.

I recognize that a full evaluation isn’t possible for everyone, so I also offer a consultation option for $950. This includes two 90-minute sessions in which I conduct a thorough interview with you. As with the full evaluation, you complete the eleven-page history form and screening forms, but instead of a written report, we focus on discussion and feedback. The consultation provides clarity and direction, even without the longer written summary.

Both approaches are designed to be thoughtful, respectful, and affirming.
